Appraisal services and subsequent response to appraisal review. Central to the valuation and review response was an assessment of the impact of nonstructural fill on site value. Cost-to-cure methodology relied upon two reports provided by an expert consultant, the first regarding the extent of the fill, and the second estimating remediation costs. A geologist was also consulted regarding possible development scenarios.
