Appraisal and consulting services, including mediation and litigation preparation, in conjunction with a purchase option for the property. Review and correction of outside appraisal work, specifically dealing with highest and best use, current and future trends, and most notably construction / replacement cost for similar facilities (part of the required scope for purchase agreement calculation). The segregation of intangible business components to value received careful consideration.
