Appraisal prior to right of way takings for the construction of a “cut and cover” tunnel providing traffic traveling off of the ferry with access out of Downtown Bremerton.  Appraisal services including WSDOT "before and after" format reports on eight properties. Right of way acquisitions include subterranean easements; full and partial takings; utility, access, and temporary construction easements.

Preliminary valuation of eighteen parcels, to assist the WSDOT in decisions regarding design alternatives with the Alaskan Way Viaduct and Seawall replacement project. At the instruction of the client, the reporting of this appraisal was restricted to the most essential information only, with a limited scope of work.

Sound Transit, a government agency, is planning the construction and operation of a tunnel, light rail station, and related public transportation facilities. Partial acquisition of underground (tunnel) easements were appraised, as well as complete takings for construction of the Capitol Hill light rail station.
