Ms. Wick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. She was a four-year Varsity Soccer athlete and co-captain of the team in her senior year.

Since joining McKee & Schalka, Ms. Wick has performed appraisals on a variety of properties including vacant commercial and residential land, as well as retail, industrial, office, and special purpose properties throughout Western Washington. Valuation has encompassed fee simple, leased fee and leasehold estates.

Ms. Wick is a State-Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (Washington State Certificate No. 1001381). Appraisal coursework includes Report Writing, Real Estate Appraisal Principles and Procedures and USPAP. Previously she worked as a research assistant for Cornell University’s Department of Communication and project assistant for a local commercial developer. She is a lifelong resident of the Seattle area.
