Rebecca Reid graduated from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Linguistics and Italian. She is a classically trained harpist and studied at Boston University Tanglewood Institute.

Ms. Reid previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a multilingual recruitment firm in Windsor, England and as an English Lecturer in Padua, Italy.

Ms. Reid is a State-Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (Washington State Certificate No. 1001437). Appraisal coursework includes Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures and USPAP.
