Since joining McKee & Schalka in 2007, Ms. Johnson has performed appraisals on a variety of properties including vacant commercial and residential land, retail, industrial, and office properties throughout Western Washington. Valuation has encompassed fee simple and leased fee estates. Ms. Johnson also has experience with full and partial acquisition appraisals for public agency acquisition, including Sound Transit for LINK light rail, the Alaskan Way Viaduct and Seawall Replacement Project and the Mercer Corridor acquisitions for the City of Seattle.

Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. She previously attended Stanford University. She was a Varsity Softball athlete all four years, and was twice selected to the Women's NCAA Pac-10 All Academic Team.

Ms. Johnson is a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (Washington State Certificate No. 1001087). Appraisal coursework includes Real Estate Appraisal; USPAP; General Appraiser Income Approach Part I and Part II; Advanced Income Capitalization; Real Estate Finance, Statistics, and Valuation Modeling; General Appraiser Report Writing and Case Studies; General Appraiser Site Valuation and Cost Approach; and General Appraiser Market Analysis and Highest & Best Use.
