Mr. Harer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in May 2004 with degrees in History and Military Science. He also earned his officer’s commission in the United States Army. Prior work experience includes residential property management/ development and tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mr. Harer has performed appraisals on a variety of properties including retail, industrial, and office uses throughout Western Washington, as well as vacant land. Appraisal coursework includes Real Estate Appraisal Principles and Procedures and USPAP. Mr. Harer is a State-Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (Washington State Certificate No. 1001348).
