Mr. Christman graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Previously, Mr. Christman attained the Eagle Scout designation with the Boy Scouts of America. Before joining McKee & Schalka, he worked as a computer network technician, as a Registered Counselor in case management and group therapy, and as an event specialist.

Since joining McKee & Schalka, Mr. Christman has performed significant appraisals on office, restaurant, shopping center, multi-family residential, and industrial properties. Situations appraised include investment and owner-occupant properties, leasehold interest, high traffic retail, medical buildings, redevelopment properties, and new construction.

Appraisal coursework includes Real Estate Appraisal, General Market Analysis and Highest & Best Use, General Appraiser Report Writing & Case Studies, and USPAP. Mr. Christman is a State-Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee (Washington State Certificate No. 1001016). In addition to his appraisal practice, he also provides computer network and software integration. Mr. Christman is a lifelong resident of Seattle.
