The company is headquartered in the Park Place Building in downtown Seattle. The company serves a broad range of public and private clients, and produces hundreds of commercial appraisal reports each year including many of the largest properties in the region. McKee and Schalka currently employs eighteen professional appraisers. Our company is dedicated to the goal of providing uncompromising and thoroughly professional appraisal and consulting services. Our appraisal experience, education, and professionalism provides the basis for this orientation. We find that the analysis of real estate requires clear thinking and good communication. Areas of particular expertise include public acquisition, major development properties, public lands, leased fee and leasehold analysis, multifamily, hospitals and medical facilities, hotels, office, and special purpose industrial properties. Our clients include a variety of public agencies, lending institutions, private companies, and individuals. A basic premise of our company is that a firm working together can provide a more comprehensive and consistent product, in a more responsive and cost effective way than either a sole practitioner or a group of independently motivated professionals.
